here are some questions for you all....
"what if she losses and has to stump up costs for the defendant...?"
"what if is she found out to be accurately described according to her defamation action...?"
"is she eligible to sit in parliament if her legal action fails...?" ( plus, does this constitute her miss leading parliament...?)
"will her party support her if she losses..?"
"which charities will she donate to if she wins..?"
(she should disclose this all now before any donations are forth coming from the crowd, if this is an action being "not for profit"
before the fact and legal action, will she receive a tax credit for the donation of won damages..?"
this is a can of worms that she has opened for herself and she has no one else to blame but herself.
