I think @JandJ is spot on, to me it looks like all the old holes fell shorts of the main load and finished in the Halo, nice pick up @JandJ .

Like JandJ i feel much better now, to me it looks like they need to start drilling to the NE (Larger Pit) which i'm sure they will, next step needed is those IP and DHEM's to be down and in a hurry.
