The way I see it for Mantle is this - If(I believe when) Exergen recieve ALDP funding go ahead and an S7 allocation, the newspaper stories will go something along these lines -
"Exergen, who last month received confirmation of funding for their LV CHTD commercial demonstration plant, have today been awarded an allocation of section 7 coal. Exergen boss Trevor Bourne has said this is great news for Exergen and the state of Vic as we can now go ahead and prove our technology before we build our full scale CHTD plant at Bacchus Marsh aiming for first export from Vic of BCE in 2018 to be followed by a similar project from the LV once export infrastructure is in place. The Bacchus Marsh project will allow us an early income from export and help fund our pipeline and port processing facilities needed for the LV project. I congratulate the Vic premier for his foresight in making these projects of state significance a reality"
