Frack, my view is that the statement is a 'sugar coating" comment to make it look as though there is activity. I suppose its about keeping ones powder dry.
If, and I say if, there is an avenue, it certainly wont be disclosed under legal process, priveledge and just plain ignorance to those most disaffected (which has been demonstrated each day and up to this point).
