RED has just released a powerpoint regarding the Siana gold project.
Summary is:
Base Case Only
At US$650 gold price, NPV ~$A$78 mil = 25 cps
At US$700 gold price, NPV ~$A$101 mil = 32 cps
At US$750 gold price, NPV ~$A$124 mil = 39 cps
(assumes no equity contribution, all project debt)
There is also an Accelerated Case which adds appreciably to those above numbers.
Its a good story!
