They put the Ann out when the POG was on a steady range/hike.
Better to put the ann out at this time rather than later. The market would have further beat down the price, looks like the ann is the only thing holding it up at the moment.
There have been many buy orders and the person setting the 17c resistance is that of a single trader unloading a complete position.
We should see the price move up if no one jumps in the queue.
