This transaction occurred in 2019 - there's been plenty of time for "due diligence" and rectification of any problems - "you buy, you own it".
This is an unnecessary distraction from the main game - the merger, which looks a fait accompli - buying in the 40's has been dominated by JP Morgan, Macquarie and other notables - prepare for big RED and "goodnight and goodbye SLR".
