Dunno the CEO leaving looks a bit weird. I think they've overextended and bought too many things. The Chinese might be stuck now with no HK listing and the CEO wandering off to another company.

I'd have a look in a year or 2 whats happening with GDO as it should have really run with profit, but their cash seems to have been spent on all these new mines.
