Agree with you on the penny dreadful tag. I’ve held this stock since pre consolidation and haven’t stopped dividing the sp by 15.
Just prior to the takeover offer it was a 5c stock having traded once (on an apples for apples comparison)at $1.60…that’s penny dreadful status in anyone’s language !
Anyway I’ve taken my (substantial) tax losses and now only hold a small parcel just I guess because I have an ongoing interest in how this story ends…..still, the 40% jump in the stock price was the first little sliver of joy this stock has given me in a long while…..and the fact that another entity sees any value in NCZ is a little win for long suffering shareholders.
I even find myself getting a little pumped at the prospect of a bigger offer of say $1.50 or $1.80…….until I remember to divide by 15.
