What am I missing here, mate? From latest Quarterly... appears the offer is almost twice enterprise value. That is not to say I think it is fair value, simply trying to get the hard facts here. Plenty willing to sell into this offer, with Sibanye mopping 'em up at offer price. This was a big lick for me, and simply question how long this process runs for, and given the willingness by many to sell at offer price, if it is inevitable. Leaning towards taking my medicine.
