    So basically even if a certain number of shareholders hold out from selling then the minimum amount they will receive for compulsory acquisition under the act will be $1.10. If the thresholds aren't met by SSWB (90% or 75%) then you'd have to think in a logical way that they will up the price from $1.10 to acquire the remainder of shares. Which is small change to pay for a US $10 Billion dollar company. Retail holders would be mad to sell out now.
