Remaining shareholders still need to be careful here as the current takeover bid could get torpedoed if the BOD decides(independently, of course) to raise funds now for the Silver King development - that would be a defeating condition and the takeover bid would then end and any accepting shareholders would not be paid.
Again I don't believe that SS want a full takeover of NCZ.
