If they don't sell some decent quantities in the next 6-12 months it'll end badly but the bloke from Johnson and Johnson should have all the contacts they need to put some runs on the board.
They will want to get the price up a bit before the next cap raising so maybe some joy in the near future because this stock is not going anywhere untill there is progress in marketing the stuff.
