Not a pleasant episode indeed. In a way, lucky they do have $55m cash on hand that will keep them slightly afloat to develop Bowden's and Nueva Esperanza. The debt load they have is looking ominous. However, I reckon Kingsgate won't go under because of this. As for the Chatree mine, the government should ask themselves too why they have left it till now to address the health issues. Not like the mine ran for 2 years, it has been operating for 14! I am not throwing in my towel on this one, but I certainly am using it to wipe the sweat from this whole debacle.
