Wow, talk about a ridiculous thread, seems some of you don't realise that some on here who are bears on property would have been bulls on it previously and are now bears because of their future expectations.
Just because you're a bull doesn't mean your right or wrong and just because you're a bear doesn't mean you rent and always will and have no idea how to reach financial independence.
For what's worth i'm a bear, due to fundamental reasons, that will change at some point, but is that point here yet? No, it will be on the sharemarket soon, although i'll need to close out my shorts first to add to my house deposit which is increasing in % terms by the day (and that's not including the extra i'm adding to it).
