bears & bulls is a stupid term for property anyway - too many people try analogise trading / stocks with property but the asset classes are too different.
But miikes right, due diligence is key to any investing.
The 'bears' on here, their due diligence is to hide under a rock for eternity while life passes over head. Or at least until they find themselves with responsibilities that require them to wake up and make a go of it. Then their contributions will be a bit more like they've grown up and entered society.
