thats a reasonable post & slightly agree with most of it, & Yes, I guess I am a traditional Bear Property, but, I put a proviso on this, as I have seen others do, that the Bear condition is a state of mind,sentiment, at a given time.

I have owned 3 buildings for more than 20 years, one nearly 36 years, and have only owned 5 in my lifetime.
At 57 years, i suppose, I'm nearly the typical boomer...

Just thought I'd add the state of mind At a given time(emphasis added) cos I reckon thats the key...

I just dont see me on your list ..thats all...your point no 4...are you saying these are left wingers who hate capitalists, or the other way around...ha ha

Just one other point, what sort of volume of people do you come into contact to form your opinions on the post?
To tip & expand what your beleifs are in regards to the robo bears...
Id just like to know if your post is based on the HC thread only, or you work for RE company or something, ie. coming in contact with ,say thousands of people... like ,possibly, you work as a property spruiker? or a bank or even a mortgage broker...

Please enlighten us all further with the source of your infinite wisdom
