Agree with your post. But the aegument on here is that if you have property and are doing well. You must be lucky, dumb baby boomer exploiting younger people and anybody could do it. Like wise if you are a HC property expert you are out of the market, smart, renting and can provide graphs experts and examples of the coming crash. But I do like the bears, they fund our lifestyles and are not out there competing with us for the deals. Good post.
