Rifici, I think you need to consider in your post which of those shareholders received shares as a form of payment? PRR shares dont pay the light bill. If you get paid in shares, you gotta sell them at some point to get your hands on the folding stuff. If that is the reason behind their actions, I'd say they have been pretty responsible in their selling as I dont attribute the recent falls solely on them. They could have done a great deal of damage otherwise.
