    The merger is subject to investors (institutional) approval on the 16 Jun 2008. The CEO and board of directors may not get the thumb up from the crowd as enough loss has been suffered. If SP keeps heading south in the next few days, OXR CEO will get the message.

    I am unhappy but still holding my stocks, may be for one more week.

    Pity for those on margin lending.
