This company is a disgrace to ASX & the concept of investor relations is utterly alien to them - they treat stakeholders with contempt & feed us a steady diet of either lies or total silence. Why must we have to guess at what they are doing, it is a month since we had any word on the restructure?
They ignore all emails & we are told they fail to answer the phones to Aussie shareholders. They do what the hell they like with our asset & our stock, acting solely in the interests of the customer whilst concentrating on destroying shareholder value. They are never accountable & act seemingly with impunity.
ALL the incompetent Chinese management at Munali are still there, we have not heard of one new appointment. We have been unable to track down a single advert for vacancies either in Perth or Zambia. There have been no changes to the board that we are aware of.
So what have they been doing all this time? Where does it say that a PUBLIC company can act in total secrecy & outright refuse to communicate with stakeholders?
As usual they leave the quarterly until the last possible minute, no doubt it will make shocking reading yet again. We know the reasons why things are so rubbish, but what are they going to do about the problems?
Why have Albidon Chairman Sanlin Zhang & Munali GM Jinwei Yang not been told to leave?
