Most of those institutions named in the Top 20 will be nominee accounts. They aren't the beneficial owners of the stock but rather buy on behalf of others.
The main thing I took from those Top 20 postings is that the share register is very fragmented and open to corporate action. Not a good thing when you consider the current SP.
