As I understand it you need the Soda Ash plant running for the bi carb plant to operate - Might be wrong - Bacci seems to have technical knowledge.

PSH does import Soda ash but has in the past stated that they use their plant as the base load and fill their production up to market needs. In reality they are price takers and as such its probably based upon import parity pricing.

All the assets are tied together the mine has a substantially lower value if the Soda ash plant is not there. The Bi carb requires the soda ash process and the reason they hold market dominance in Oz is the Soda ash plant they have.

I have made contact but have not as yet set up a meeting. Initial contact suggested it is a very complex situation and it would take time to understand the business model.

As before only hold to be on register and very small amount of shares.
