hey arthur, you have to wonder why management don't act. other forums are able to exert some influence over the standards of decorum for their forum. perhaps Pat and team regard hotcopper as the rowdy site in his stable. perhaps the more behaved and educated investor is encouraged to go to ozestock? so long as posts are being made, advertising revenue is being generated. so maybe all is right with the world. its a shame that hotcopper has become a refuge for many disfunctional or manipulative posters, but others might argue its the way its always been.
if management ws really that concerned about the quality of the content they would act, otherwise we set the standards. when it all boils down, we get what we deserve.
