We know they r loaded with cash and obviously have no immediate use for it, most expansions r being reviewed. As far as I know they could even give the same div. Not gonna affect their balance sheet that much. As of now its 50/50 whether they gonna cut it or not. Its typical with all big companies, just when u think they gonna cut they hand out the same, nothing more dmg to public relations than cutting a div.
Div is guaranreed, how much is the question.
