At the same time ConsMin has built up a 20% stake in Titan Resources Ltd (TIR.AU) and shares 50% interests in joint venture projects with the nickel explorer.
"We might get a little bit closer to Titan in the next couple of months (either by) creeping up the register or at a project level - you'll need to watch this space," Kiernan said.
"I think you'll find in three to five years time the majority of our revenue and profit will come from nickel. I see that group has a strong future," he said.
