could go either way i think, either a PAS or a CUO. for every stock that's gone belly up there are others who have bad times and come good. remember buy in gloom. the AGM is at the end of the month i believe and some positive news wouldn't go amiss. we haven't heard any drilling results for ages just problem after problem. but i guess no point having stuff in the ground if you can't get it out effectively. would be interestd to hear the actual mechanism of how they would go into receivership (what events need to occur) if anyone knows.
