Wont be diluted too much if they come up with a large percentage of debt funding B2.They will be pumping out cash come 2Mtpa output(within 1 year of start-up) so they wont have any probs with payback.
Also if issue is partially taken up by a consumer of GIPs tantalum we are unlikely to see those on the market so they may as well be escrowed.
All pipe dreams of course.But then I hold so I tend to have the blind faith dont I!
