Please explain why you think a person's sexuality is an employers business? That is, what has it possibly got to do with a person's ability to do the job whether they are straight or gay (or married or single, or blonde or redhead, tall or short etc etc)?
Anyway, as someone has already mentioned here, its already illegal to ask such questions, so nothing changes regardless of the outcome of the SSM vote.
