    Hmmmmmm......Seems that On April 14 the existing board of Smyth,Rand and Brady will be replaced by the proposed board of McMaster,Peterson and Reilly.

    Doesn't change my sentiment at all.IMO,this company is tainted for life and there is no reason to touch it....there are plenty more fish in the sea.

    IMO...it's another "shareholder miner".

    And the prospectus is too convoluted for my liking.
