For those who are interested, Mark's comments were made in partial reference to some of the resolutions that were put up by shareholders in December 2008.

Mark commented on the fact that resolutions 4&5 would de-stabilise the company. All shareholders were asking for in these resolutions was a comprehensive overview of all the company's projects (something that every regular company would do)! Mark didn't seem to like the idea of this, and in hindsight, it is pretty clear why. All of these so-called prospects were just out and out duds!
