Actually the 241 are only those who were in the trial Prochymal Expanded Access Treatment for Pediatric Patients Who Have Failed Steroids for Acute GVHD.
Treatment continued to be available outside the trial under the Expanded Access Program (EAP) and based on comments by Silviu I believe it still continues. Migration from access via EAP to a commercial footing should be swift once an insurance reimbursement regime is in place.
