I start with, I'm sorry.

The announcement,
"of a private placement of 245.75 million shares at a price of 0.4 cents each,"

To me in the decimal money system 0.4 is $0.40 cents, now we all know that nobody would buy at that price so it isn't the case. My initial thought when reading this announce was, beauty some SI's have seen info we aren't able to and they have been convinced that the share price will be more than 0.4 (thats fours cents) in the near(ish) future.
Like lot's and lot's of oil at either SD or FP


Now I'm really confused because of Montec's statement below

...But the fact remains that the SP is sitting at half a cent & a capital raising has been completed at a tenth of a cent less than today's SP.....

Soooo the 0.4 mentioned in the announcement is actually $0.004???

0.4, (forty cents) 0.04 (four cents) and 0.004 (four tenths of a cent) are all very different, so I'll finish with, I'm sorry.
Current price quoted on Westpac is 0.005.
