    avg down is okay, got myself out of big poo when buying fear.
    Vil=fear to "holders" so most are to scared to buy.
    Most wait for news as if thats the only thing that will send s/p north.
    Try and find a technical indicator or 2 and avg down hard, be fearless, hop out on high volume for a breather.

    there were plenty of bounces on the way down.
