Good on him for blowing himself up. The Govt was never going to protect its citizens from him so he did it himself.
My Papi reckons you give long sentences to those that deserve it/are dangerous and always make sure they have access to a little pill that will permanently relieve them of their surroundings should they so wish. Will never happen but the idea has its merits.
