Regulatory hurdles are meant to be jumped over like Alan Marshall 's "I can jump puddles". but as for the rest of what you put forward, can't argue with it.
I thought that Siemens stood behind a few proprietary private companies in South West Germany a few years back but have not followed Old Europe ever since the UK indicated they had had enough of the EU, would relieve themselves of Being associated with the EU and remove itself from all of its peasantry. Europe, at least the South and East, is another war of some kind waiting to happen IMHO. EU is no longer worthy of an allocation.
SRX would deserve better.
