Sorry, no Zab, but no reason they would need to tell us this until it has been decided and details are known. My question is if they did this would it require a vote and my assumption is it wouldn't. What I do wonder, though, is with Anteo Energy currently a part of the Anteo Group, would it be seen as an independent 'floatable' entity? And IF it were and IF they did float Anteo Energy, what is the transferability of any capital raised from an IPO to cover the earn-out?
