Sierra Gorda should now be pretty well known and analysed by S32 team (having over a year's operational knowledge) so S32 should know the value of another 55%, or of an expansion of the mine increasing its production and possibly percentage ownership - so potential opportunities there.
And as you suggest it will know its partner better, and opportunities in Ukraine may arise (with expected cheap recovery finance from government/international banks).
