Don't think you're far off the mark with Shandong comment, nor some form of consolidation of assets in the region.
With draft deal Shandong are negotiating with African Minerals, US$1.5 billion for 25% equity plus significant off-take from Tonkilili and AML being major shareholder in CFE there could well be something in the wind already.
