I wonder how ACCC, ASIC & ASX will consider the SIG & CW proposed merger take over ?
For all the people who want to do more research on SIG substantially overpaying for a business they been funding with interest free loans at first for over 25 years. Which ASX company is banker for a company funding its stock in its first few shops for 12 months then later as it grew more and now paying a premium of 5 times more than they currently worth because no one else can pay or would pay for those businesses? Cw have very fortunate to have SIG Board for all those years.
Only on asx will this happen and I refer readers how Slater & Gordon float ended up a few years back Do your own research.
