H, importantly we now need to hold on and ensure a change of board. As you said, you have been holding on for too long. Now is not the time to quit.
I do agree that we can't lay all the blame on AS. We however are also acutely aware that Falconer, Otten and Sigalla is a trilogy with AS being the dominant force. I believe that the board collectively should share the blame and should all resign.
I also agree that there is no indiation in the announcement that suggest that TZ is even close to being cashflow positive.
