Reading their statement about Mr Casey was that he was already in the wings whenever the company got a NASDAQ listing.
Bouris offered this post I think that is correct,but on the terms of AS ,I think the last thing he wanted to be is his puppet
Things are becoming extremly interesting now ,please do not dispair I expect a complete new board in 6 weeks,and would not be surprised to see some nice announcements shortly as well.
