an email reply to me today from TZ told me that Mr Bouris was offered the position of director but refused, leaving them to appoint Mr Casey.
Yes under what circumstances was it offered ?
Perhaps he required the entire board to step aside!
Perhaps they offered him a pittance in remuneration!
Without full disclosure of the offer it is once again hiding in the smoke screen.
