1.3000,000 option @$1 is far too generous for a signing fee. when mkt price is $1.30 .
I believe the more acceptable price (to sh/h)is @ 80%-90% of the mkt sh price when options are exercised.
2.Why is the current board so afraid to open the books, when the std gaap practice is for any auditor or investigator to walk into the office, open the books , in order for all sh/h and potential investors to know the 'true and fair view' of a public co.
