but then ASIC has always been a bit of a lame duck IMHO, as is the 'self regulating' ASX.
I don't hold out much hope for any support from either. And the guy at the helm is very much aware of the likelyhood or otherwise of anything happening.
As time marches on the incumbent appears to be making the most of it and is effectively shoring up his defences and planning his own counter attack . . . at ANY cost !!!!!
