I will probably get hammered here but the resume on this new bloke is not close to those proposed already. Travel distribution I struggle to identify the synergy with TZ ... I still have no idea where this leaves us, with the indication in the release that we are now cash flow positive!
The need for additional capital is either to service Anixter or to keep the company alive to pay its bills and I truly hope it is for the former.
One thing that I can guarantee is that I think the EGM will be sooner rather than later as a result of this announcement. AS I'm assuming will not need to attend ...
1 theory is that AS knows his time is up, and knows that the new group will take over and have the numbers so he wants out now and has put someone in the position up until EGM vote?
