This was a festering wound for TZL, a drain on management time and resources. Whatever the settlement amount is, it is, IMO, irrelevant.

The last of the legacy issues has been laid to rest. Now we can focus on the future.

As for Sigalla, while a stint at HM's leisure was deserved, he has the stain on his reputation forever. Without his integrity, he has nothing.

Even better, in the months and years to come he will suffer the ignomy of sitting on the sidelines watching TZL's success unfold and realise the opportunity he lost through his greed and ineptitude.

Perhaps not punishment enough in some people's minds, but enough for me. It will follow him wherever he goes and play on his mind until the day he dies.
