    This is huge news,

    That means Merck is only taking over Sigma for the rights to Benitec. Would never be able to take over our BLT this cheap.

    Wondered why the BOT trading is holding us down. Merck will now have to come out with there full holding in BLT. Was probably just sitting under the 5% rule.
