sigma managment

Does anyone have any thoughts on the Sigma managment team??
From the analysts' reports, they seem to be OK. This Elmo fella seems to have a reasonable reputation .....but.... he has managed to take the company SP and my bank account to its lowest point in many years. He has done this in an environment of pill popping baby boomers and with a govt very much pushing generics??? Sigma has just produced a half-baked bid, which was late and essentially has been ignored, for the pharmacy business of Symbion. (which would have been good to own) Looks fairly amateur.
Are these guys any good or what? When will the pain stop.
