moscow lighting up soon means... Perhaps 4TS is on hold because advertisers need to see more of what LUM signs are capeable of......with Moscow lighting up soon (it has already BEEN shipped according to latest 'ASIA' announcement) perhaps this will be the demonstration that Totius is needing to show to these multinationals in order to get them to sign the line??
How big is the Barcelona sign in comparison to Pepsi's Moscow sign, anyone know?? I'm thinking the next ann will be in relation to 'Moscow lighting up'.
